Donald J Trump, the biggest ghoul on the planet, has shut down the government and is threatening to close the southern border. Why? Because he wants a wall between the United States and Mexico—and he is going to make the US taxpayer pay for it–after promising for his entire campaign that “Mexico will pay for the wall.”
Trump is also the biggest walking, talking, belching, farting hate-monger on the planet. He is cruel to the bone. His Administration is still taking brown children from their parents as they seek asylum at the border and putting them all in prison. Two children have died under his watch—a seven-year-old girl and eight-year-old boy. Trump is currently spinning the narrative to blame Democrats and Nancy Pelosi. It’s just pure propaganda and lies that spew from Trump’s trap. His for-profit prison cronies are making bank on the imprisonment and misery of thousands of immigrants and refugees and Donald Trump continues to confirm he’s a racist by targeting them and calling them criminals. nothing nothings for humans and their suffering.
Trump is a liar and a thief. There is nothing he won’t say in his quest to continue taking money from the American taxpayer. Just this week, WE taxpayers are paying $54,000 for tents for Trump’s Mar-a-lago New Year’s party where rich elites paid over $1000 a ticket to be near Trump and garner some influence. Can you say emoluments clause?
Trump’s stupidity and cruelty are limitless. Now, while the government is shut down and 800,000 federal employees are working without pay and wondering how they’ll pay their bills going into the new year, Trump has denied them raises that were meant to start in 2019. He went out of his way to shut down the government and he purposely froze their pay. Why? Because he thinks they are mostly Democrats, and he’s made Democrats the enemy. Along with journalist or anyone that opposes him.
Democrats won the House of Representatives back in the 2018 midterm elections. The blue wave happened. It was a friggin’ tsunami! The majority of people clearly told Trump and the Republicans they DO NOT support his racists ideas and we DO NOT WANT A WALL! And we must NOT become complacent.
On January 3, 2019, the Dems will take control of the House but the Republicans still control the Senate. That means we need all Trumpbusters on board. We beat the Republicans and Trump at the ballot box in November, but the fight has just begun. We must continue to call our congressmen and women; we must march and protest; we must write letters and speak-up. The government shut down is only ONE OF MANY problems that need to be solved: immigration, climate change, the economy are but a few more.
Trump’s ugliest, most vile tendencies are being amplified as he’s being cornered in the Russia/Mueller probe. Shutting down the government and taking away worker raises is proof he’s vindictive and spiteful. The proof is right in front of us, like that blue light that lit up the New York skyline for millions to see. Was it a blown transformer from the ConEd like the New York Police Department reported? Some in the twitter-verse suggested aliens. If so, let’s hope they meet our leader and do unto him as he’s done unto others: that means take advantage of and abuse. Trump deserves a never-ending anal probe because he has certainly stuck it to others.

There is no hope for Donald Trump. He’s heartless and mentally ill although that doesn’t dismiss him for his crimes. He still needs to go to jail. I suggest the same cages where he is currently holding 14,000 brown kids! Yes, tonight, Christmas Eve 2018, Donald Trump is still putting refugees and immigrants in cages and his Administration continues to separate kids from their parents. This is heartlessness and cruelty beyond comprehension. Trump is directly responsible.
And now, Grinch Trump has shut down the Government. He is pouting, whining and tweeting from the White House “I am alone (poor me),” and shitting on everyone and everything he can. “Hate, hate, hate, hate, hate, hate, double hate, loathe entirely,” Trump embodies the Grinch.
But, there will be no “Grinch” moment for Donald Trump; he has no heart to grow.
So this year, 2019, knowing Trump will not change, I commit to change.
I will do everything I can to bring about change and most specifically change to Trump’s current destructive policies. We must change the direction he is taking the United States. We must stand with our allies in Europe, the Middle East, and around the world; we must go back to planet-saving practices pushing natural power sources; we MUST FREE THE CHILDREN and create immigration policies that include people already here; we must practice our First Amendment rights to criticize and hold accountable the White House and all who work in it; we must change all that does not serve people or the planet!
Yes, I’ve had my own “Grinch” moment and my heart has grown 10 times this year.I care more about my neighbor than I ever have. Every stranger on the street is one more human that needs compassion and deserves respect. And I’m committed to helping those I can, as often as I can.
That’s what needs to happen to each of us–a heart-opening moment of our own. I hope that for you yet this year, 2018. And may 2019 be your best. Here’s hope for the planet and all that live on it.

I used to be kinder. How about you? The stress and pressure is wearing me down. Donald Trump is projecting the worst traits of humanity as he projectile vomits hate, bitterness, propaganda and lies. The Make America Great Again (MAGAts) have been empowered and hate crimes are up 57% over last year with African Americans and members of the Jewish community being the most targeted.

Inauguration Day, January 23, 2017 all hell broke loose. The containment grid was turned off and Trump and evil minions let loose on America and the world. Can you feel it? The goblins swirling around the tops of the building in Manhattan, over the White House, and to the Towers of Riyadh?
Do you think the ghost of slain Saudi journalist, Jamal Khashoggi, who was a US resident of Virginia and a reporter for the Washington Post will haunt Trump or Saudi Prince Mohammad Bone Saw?
The madness began quickly. Trump signed 32 Executive Orders in his first 100 days in office; more than any other president. Why? Because his ideas and actions were so unpopular he couldn’t get Congress to agree to or approve much of it. Trump immediately rolled back equal pay for women and made access to medical services harder to get; changed consumer-friendly regulations to maximize bank profits; and alienated an entire religion of people with his racist Muslim ban.
But it wasn’t until Trump started putting kids in cages that my anger really took hold. Immigrant children taken from their parents—just for crossing the border! I am angrier then I’ve ever been as an American citizen. Watching Trump and his administration come after women, Hispanics, Muslims, Vets, members of the LGBTQ community—pretty much EVERYONE without white skin and a penis—I am pissed. But, I’m determined NOT to let this shit-show President make me meaner. It’s hard to be kind to people who blame you, and slime you, and victimize others. Their rights end when they try to force their will on others. That’s what Trump is doing now.
I will NOT be like Trump: A Toxic, Repulsive, Unhinged, Mean-spirited, Prick.

I think we can all agree this November 6th election is the most important election in the history of the United States. Democracy itself is on the ballot. A vote for Democrats is a vote for humanity. The Evil is Real
Trump has been in the White House for 500 days. It feels like 500 years. He’s burning down the house and frying everything and everyone in his way; including Schroedingers kitten who I talked about in my book—Douchebag Wisdom: Dealing with Donald Trump.
Not only is the kitten dead. It’s been hideously tortured by some for-profit drug company, in it for the mega-money. Someone I’ve since unfriended from my Facebook newsfeed posted the most heinously cruel video of animal torture I’ve ever seen. The two seconds it took for me to scroll-by still keeps me up at night. I no longer trust her to share posts to my newsfeed. (Can you say “hide all posts.”) And she’s a trauma coach! It must be her MO: cause trauma first and then try to cure it. Whatever it was, it was sick.
The kitten has been fricasseed. Along with a couple thousand of immigrant kids living in tents in the middle of Texas, in July in 106 degree heat. I don’t give a crap how big your tent fan is—it’s NOT OKAY and it’s NOT SUMMER CAMP!
Here’s what I’ve realized after six months of debilitating depression along with manic fits of productivity. (I did write a 300 page book about Trump after all.) Thanks to the shit-show that is Donald Trump, I must NOT sink into despair and apathy. I MUST persist. We must persist. We must take our emotions and then funnel them into positive, productive outcomes for us all.

Donald Trump’s Dad, Fred, was a KKK man, and Trump, the declared “Nationalist,” is stirring up hate and violence, and pointing fat fingers at brown people and Democrats. The caravan of mostly women, babies, and children that is currently on its way to the US from Honduras is Trump’s biggest threat and talking point. He and Pence are whipping up the fear. And it starts with children.

On May 1, 2018 Trump implemented his Zero Tolerance law and began snatching brown children from their parents as they crossed the border seeking asylum. The United Nations needs to prosecute every inhumane shell-of-a-person who implemented this policy. There are currently over 13,000 children imprisoned in Trump’s for-profit prisons; 250 are under the age 10 and the government has NO plan to reunite them with their parents.

The greatest country on Earth, and we’re building prisons and using drugs as ONE of the reasons to build them. The other reason is Immigrants. Trump has all the money and the power in the world—and he’s building prisons! Jeff Sessions is stacking the Constitution and making crossing our borders IN ANY CAPACITY is felony—and without due process! These people often go to FOR PROFIT prisons that enrich Trump’s cronies. It’s obscene. And the Republicans are complicit. I wonder how many members of congress have stock in for-profit prisons? Or in the pharmaceutical industry as well?
Our current drug dilemma: keep marijuana illegal, jail people for marijuana, but allow drug companies to manufacture fucked-up legal derivatives. Get people hooked on opioids, send them to prison, and ignore the research that says marijuana helps in opioid addiction recovery. It’s a vicious cycle manufactured by private and pro-profit industries. Marijuana could help cure opioid addition caused by their drugs. But who’s going to fill all those prison beds?
“Private prison populations up 120%” says the Justice Policy Institute, and “private prison companies boost incarceration rate for profit” they concluded.
“The three biggest companies in the private prison industry have contributed $835,514 to federal candidates and $6,092,331 to state politicians. Democrats received 31.8 percent of the money, Republicans got 59.1 percent, and 8.7 percent went to ballot measures, according to the institute,” reported Dailykos.com.
According to Amy Siskind who wrote The List, “Trump’s own inauguration fund collected $500,000 from two private prison companies housing detained migrant families.”
Regulatory filings reveal Trump’s buddies are going to reap big financial rewards from his immigration policies. Trump is literally a human trafficker. HE’s the one who’s stealing the children—and putting them in cages!
Now, this very moment as I write this, Donald Trump is out stoking fear and hate, making the PEOPLE in a Honduran caravan nothing more than craven animals. The caravan “has some very tough people,” he said. “Criminals in some cases,” Trump declared, then quickly embellished, “many cases.” There is NO proof of that lie. The barbed wire comment came after he declared rocks were to be considered a firearm so feel free to use deadly force. No, that’s not a direct quote, it’s just what he implied. But no surprise here: he dangled a “2nd Amendment solution” for his Democratic opponent, Hillary Clinton, during the 2016 campaign.
Who—coincidently—he ALSO wants to LOCK UP!
Trump will maintain our alarming and embarrassingly high incarceration rates: 750 per 100,000. That makes the United States is number one in the world for putting people in jail. With capitalism, jail, too, has become a great place to make money off of people. Trump and Republicans have no heart, no empathy. It is truly all about the money and power.
And breathing right down our necks and straight-up our backsides, you have Russia, who incarcerates 628 per 100,000. Geeze, I wonder how many of those people were non-violent pot smokers? Or black or brown? Or journalists.
UNPRECEDENTED TIMES
We keep hearing “these are unprecedented times.” The Obamas are out, Biden’s out, Oprah, and Will Ferrell—all knocking on doors! Robert De Niro, Tom Hanks, Carl and Rob Reiner have been using their voice and influence. And Taylor Swift has activated an army of young voters in Tennessee! Voting for this mid-term election is up 700% from the last mid-term. And we’re talking Millennials, hopefully all voting for Democrats.

If you are a woman, you are under attack. If you are gay, lesbian, trans, queer, or yet-to-decide, you’re under attack. If your skin is any color than white, you are under attack. This hateful rhetoric is reinforced everyday by Trump, the biggest hate-monger on the planet.
You either support Trump, the Republicans, and the Haters with building a wall and committing human rights violations against our southern neighbors. You, too, believe Putin didn’t interfere in 2016 even though the FBI, the CIA, and the NSA all say RUSSIA SUCCESSFULLY ELECTED DONALD TRUMP. I assume you promote violence as a way to solve problems. And you believe climate change isn’t real. You believe the propaganda of Faux News…

You support Democrats who believe ALL of us are created equal. We believe in healthcare and education and common-sense gun law reform. We KNOW we must save the planet, and believe capitalism and government can co-exist and drive innovative solutions. We have hope and blame no one in our quest to live our best lives. We believe we are stronger together.
But all these evil demons flying around, spreading hate, hurting others? It’s time to send them back to where they came, back to a world where respect for others is considered the American Way. An America that doesn’t just “tolerate” others that are different than ourselves but “embraces” differences and strives to work together.
It’s time to be polite. It’s time to be kind. It’s time to vote for an all-inclusive, caring United States of America. We can achieve it. That possibility exists for each one of us.
And it will take each one of us to open up to possibilities: to the truth of others.

Therefore I, Trumpbuster, Lima Bravo, ask you, Donald Trump, as a duly designated representative of just one of the people of the United States, to resign from the presidency, surrender the White House, and return to your scrupulous business practices until Bob Mueller wielding the American Constitution comes and busts your ass.

You changed my world the first time I heard you speak. It was 2007 and you had declared your candidacy for president.
Thanks to the collapsing economy, I was losing my job and my house. I ended up moving in with a friend. I’d given up thinking that I had any control over my own economic future. After a college degree and 22 years of hard work, I had nothing to show for it. No home; no retirement account. I was disillusioned, cynical and beyond believing that I could help myself let alone make a difference in the world.
Both government and corporate greed were running amok. I didn’t believe; I had no faith. I didn’t know what the future held but I didn’t trust it would be good.
And then came you. I was awestruck by your demeanor and authenticity and captivated by your message and vision. You helped me understand “Democracy,” what it means to be an American, and the importance of adding my voice to the conversation.
I was inspired by your optimism and love for people and this country. You and Michelle were a solid team–loving and real. Everything you said made sense–for people and the planet. You helped me realize that I can and do make a difference and that the world needs my perspective and my voice. You made me feel like I belonged to something bigger, a collective of like-minded people who simply needed a nudge to bring out the best in them.
“Oh yes we can” inspired a nation to believe and get involved. And even though you’ve left the White House, your message still resonates. We, I, will continue to support and pursue your and Michelle’s agenda of lifting and empowering others knowing that we truly are stronger together.
Thank you, Barack and Michelle, for being a beacon of hope and light for so many. And thank you for your continued service to our great country.

547 days into Trump’s presidency and Trump’s dirty underbelly is on display for all to see. In the Chapter entitled “Holy Crap” of my book, Douchebag Wisdom: Dealing with Donald Trump, I wrote: “Am I saying Donald Trump is evil? Read Chapter 3, DarthTrump, for the answer to that. Spoiler alert: the answer is “I’m not sure.” But without some new perspectives, he’s leading us down the path where evil resides.”
Now, today? I amend that original statement: Donald Trump is absolutely evil! Actually, Donald Trump is Absolute Evil. Donald Trump is Evil. Absolutely.
How much clearer can I make it?
Anyone who PUTS KIDS IN CAGES IS EVIL.
How long did it take me to arrive at that conclusion, Trump is evil? Too friggin’ long. 3000 kids are in cages, ripped from their parents’ arms! Some will never be reunited and no one in Trump’s Administration seems to care. Perhaps if I hadn’t given him the benefit of the doubt, perhaps if I and everyone else in the media had really called out the hate. Could we have possibly stopped this?!

Why is everyone giving Trump a pass? Why did I? Even in November 2017, one year after Trump STOLE the election from Hillary Clinton, as I was publishing the book, I wanted to and did give him the benefit of the doubt. Even though Trump had shown us every day of his campaign how ugly he truly is, I wanted to believe he wasn’t that vile. Calling immigrants rapists and murderers? That’s racist hate speech. Reading a poem about a sneaky, nasty snake and equating it to immigrants IS deplorable. And now Trump calls immigrants—refugees!– ANIMALS and he’s putting them in cages!! This is UNACCEPTABLE!
Who knew Trump could be so vile?

Who knew Trump would act on all of his vile, disgusting racist impulses and execute an agenda that punished People Of Color BY TAKING AWAY THEIR CHILDREN!?
Perhaps if more of us had called Trump’s retched rhetoric out earlier we could have persuaded others NOT to vote for him. Perhaps if I hadn’t softened my language for the “Independent” voter and the “Uninformed” voter wanting to let them make up their own minds. I—like the truth-seeking, hard-working media–was trying NOT to infringe on Trump-supporters’ opinions, and wanting to honor their thoughts and feelings, I pulled the punch: I didn’t tell the truth. Donald Trump, Jeff Session, and ICE agents are RIPPING CHILDREN AWAY FROM THEIR PARENTS!
Where is your humanity? These immigrants are NOT “animals” as Trump has said on numerous occasions; they are human beings. I HATE this about me, but I wish Donald Trump, Jeffrey Beauregard Sessions, every ICE agent–and YOU–a HUGE dose of KARMA! I don’t want them or you to simply experience Justice, where Mothers and Fathers are reunited with their Children and the right thing is done. Yes, I want Justice done. I want that to happen for them and for all sympathetic parents everywhere whose hearts are crying out with rage.
But for you? The person who watches and cheers ICE Agents on? As they tear crying children from the arms of their Mothers and Fathers? For those of you that agree these immigrants, these beings, are animals? I want you to experience Karma, with a capital K.
What goes around comes around. You reap what you sow. Be careful what you wish for, it’s coming back to you. I hope the boomerang hits you square between the eyes!
I want you to feel their pain. The pain, the mental torture of NOT knowing where your child is, whether they are safe or being abused; the fear you’ll never see them again. ALL of this WHILE you sit in a FOR-PROFIT PRISON, with the Government milking your sentence for all it’s worth so Trump and his rich cronies can make money off your blood and tears.

Karmic Justice.I’m done hating myself for wanting it. I’ve tried to live my life by the Golden Rule: Do unto others as you’d want done unto you. I’m a good person. And I’m still a good person. So, I’m done questioning the rightness or wrongness of my desire for karmic outcomes. No one deserves to be treated how Trump is treating immigrants. Justice must prevail; but if not, karma.
Justice serves the Law; Karma serves the Law of the Universe.
I want all to be right with the Universe, and that means Donald Trump, Jeff Sessions, and ICE Agents must STOP this madness NOW!! They must STOP putting people in cages! Immigrants are Human Beings that need help! They are NOT to be imprisoned and then deported!
Trump must reunite children with their parents and begin treating them like they have hearts, minds, bodies, and spirits. Each has a story and purpose; each deserves an opportunity to survive.
And if Trump doesn’t comply, may the same fateful outcome be bestowed upon him. May he experience Karmic Justice and live the rest of his life in a cage, ripped apart from his lying, cheating “not so innocent” children.
“I don’t want to hear your political views,” she said. And that’s the problem, I thought. No one wants to talk politics and hear someone else’s political views. But … that’s not true. I was very interested in hearing what she thought, but she didn’t share.
Maybe she talks politics on Facebook, maybe not. She certainly didn’t want to discuss it face-to-face. Maybe Facebook provides an opportunity to join the conversation but with a bit of cover, although Facebook friends can be just as brutal as the Twitter trolls.
I’m not sure, but she didn’t want to discuss politics in person. Few people do because there are BIG ISSUES at stake: women’s rights, LGBTQ rights, immigrant rights, black lives rights, Veteran’s rights, environmental rights, and the list goes on and on.
ISSUES that bring out the best and the worst of us. Both sides, Democrats and Republicans, are pointing their fingers and blaming the other, but America and the world have problems that need to be discussed and solved. The only way that happens is if we have a conversation. At some point we need to start talking and HEARING each other. And we need to start talking face-to-face.
It’s risky, I know. Feelings can get hurt, so remember these words from SoulSeeds:

A firehose of vomit that includes the words “Trump” again and again. Political bravado? Presidential buffoonery? Or is it Trump, making a full-scale attempt to deceive you, to make you question what you hear, see, and smell. It’s his attempt to rewrite history. I can SEE with my own two eyes and HEAR with my own two ears that he’s not implementing Russian sanctions. Trump’s repeating the lie that he’s tough on Russia will not convince me. Vomit your propaganda on someone else.

By sheer simplistics and the dumbing down of America, Donald Trump has been elected. Take this sentence:

Do you agree? I do, yes, 100%. Two out of three people currently agree with me. Anything with Trump’s name on it is tainted, from his bogus gifts of charity to the buildings around the world that display his brazen signage–TRUMP. From the bankrupt casinos to the bankrupt airlines to the bankrupt steak company…Trump and his brand stink.
They smell of corruption, of collusion, of treason. HE, Donald J Trump, reeks of corruption, collusion and capitalism run amok.
He, and his staff, smell to high heavens and to hell and back! Thanks to them, you can dump sewage in the waters, rape and pillage national lands for gain, belittle and attack anyone who is not white-skinned, and slaughter any animal in any INhumane way you want—as long as these things are all in pursuit of the almighty dollar! Aahhh, capitalism. Aint it great?!

But here is the hard reality. Our media, the Press, and the headlines got Trump elected—and are now keeping him in power!
Because the only thing people see in the sentence above is–
You Can Count on Trump!
They DO NOT READ to the end of the sentence!!
They never ever see the words “to fuck things up.” Their brains are already too full with five simple words. They do not read to the end of the sentence to complete the thought—which means exactly the opposite of what they read—that Trump is 100% guaranteed to fuck everything up.
I guess this is why Trump “loves the poorly educated.” He can convince them he is smart and they are invincible simply knowing they’ll never reach the end of the sentence and the end of the thought. And, yes, that’s an exact Trump quote. He loves the poorly educated.
In my mind, it’s not “poorly educated”; to me, it is, “easily distracted.” I don’t think everyone who voted for Trump is ignorant or stupid. But I do think if the people who voted for Trump paid more attention, if they really hung-in to get the full story, they’d realize that when you complete the sentence, when you complete the thought, Trump truly is fucking things up.
Let me rewrite this sentence and headline so people understand.

It’s not that hard. TELL IT LIKE IT IS! In as few words as possible.

Is anyone else on the weight roller coaster? Up ten pounds, down ten pounds, then up ten pounds, down ten pounds. I’m either stuffing my face with everything not nailed down, or in true warrior fashion—taking control of my thoughts and myself, eating right, NOT DRINKING, and not binging on chocolate!
I chalk it up to the #Trump20–and it’s REAL! And it started way before Election Day, but that’s when I noticed it. Standing on the scale that unfortunate morning, Nov 9, 2016, I realized I’d gained ten pounds.
Fudge. Literally. This was obviously Donald Trump’s fault.
I tried to remain hopeful and positive during Trump’s campaign, but I knew I’d been swallowing my words and feelings. Here was proof. The fear that Donald Trump would be elected was real and it was weighing me down. I attribute it to margaritas, lots of them, in the name of helping me cope. To me, it was clear, Trump was bullying and buying his way into the White House—with a lot of help from his Russian friends. And he was doing it with hatred and loathing towards other people. Watching the Republicans be rolled, one-by-one, by the ugly, vile things coming from Trump’s puckered pie-hole, was disheartening. So I drank, and ate: ten pounds worth.
But on Election Day, I lost my appetite for all things Trump and took the vow to stay strong and resist.
Not just against his financial policies. (He’ll bankrupt the country, and I and the younger generation will have to pay for it.) But it’s not even about the money. It’s about all the people Trump is hurting and the people the Trump fans are hurting: Muslims, Hispanics, immigrants in general, women, children, the handicapped, the old, and the poor!
Watching this shit-show unfold; watching the stories of people being deported, families torn apart. Our dreamers for God’s sake! How dare Trump kick them out and then blame Democrats for not bargaining with their lives. Just writing about it makes me want to drink, and dull the rage.
But I won’t. I’m not: drinking OR gaining weight. I’m done with that.
I’m staying strong. I’m eating healthy, taking care of myself, preparing to march. The #Trump20 is real, but I’m back down. And in the right frame of mind.
And for those of you UNABLE to eat because you’re nauseated by Trump policies: rolling back people’s rights (LGBTQ), ripping undocumented Mothers’ from their daughters, allowing corporations to dump toxic crap into our rivers and frack our National Parks, wasting money on a military parade when our Vets are homeless and starving!!! The list could go on for pages…
You need to eat, and keep up your strength. You don’t want to get too thin.
Don’t be like the women within Trump’s orbit who cannot hold their food down: Melania, Ivanka, Kellyanne, Hope. All twigs. Although Hope Hicks is gone now; we’ll see if she puts on a few healthy pounds. Even Sarah Sanders isn’t able to keep her lunch down. She’s shrinking before our very eyes. Further proof the Trump twenty is real, except in Sarah’s case, she’s crashin’. It doesn’t look healthy.
Stay strong. Take care of yourself. Don’t make Trump your excuse; make Trump your reason. Fight back. Need ways how?
